OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PRINCIPLES

RESPONSIVENESS

Sydney Property Care is available to our customers 24x7 for all emergencies and between 7am -7pm for all non urgent matters. We aim to return all phone calls within one business day and emails within 2 business days.

For emergencies that require us to attend (including after hours), we are generally onsite within 30 minutes. 

QUALITY OF SERVICE
As a smaller family owned and operated business, we are able to tailor building management and cleaning solutions to your needs. We pride ourselves on our responsiveness and attention to detail. If something isn't right, please let us know.

All staff are encouraged to be proactive in engaging with all residents, guests, tradesmen, and other key stakeholders to maintain standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency.

Your residents will find us to be approachable and easy to contact, having established clear channels of communication from day one, including regular meetings with members of your committee.

In everything we do, we strive to treat your home or business as if it were our own. We maintain excellent relationships with your contractors and suppliers to ensure that you get the best possible service and products at a fair price.

We handle all your information in accordance with the Privacy Act, 1988.

We are proud to have built over 20 years of trust with our customers in servicing their homes and businesses. You can be assured that we will not disclose personal, business, or committee information without consent. 

This extends to the maintenance of keys, security systems, and IT services to give you peace of mind that your property and information is always secure under our watch

TRANSPARENCY

From time to time Sydney Property Care will hold and maintain documents, communications, and assets in the service of our contract with you. These are always available for your inspection upon request. 

If we tender to do additional work for you that is not in the scope of work, we will provide that quote first before seeking additional quotes.
